If the amount has been reserved twice on the customer's card, the problem is likely to originate from the card terminal provider.
- Make sure that the purchase has not been registered twice in Sitoo POS. Go to Sitoo POS > Fetch > Order / Receipt > Sort by store and day. You can also check this in Back Office > Orders.
- If the purchase has only been registered once in Sitoo, one of the two reserved amounts will probably be returned to the customer's card.
- If you want to ensure that this is the case, please contact your card terminal provider. It is always the card terminal provider who is responsible for all card purchases and everything that relates to it.
